Abstract
This Regulation determines the official sampling and analytical methods for the effective control, inspection and verification of the quantities of dioxins, dioxins similar to PCBs and PCBs that are not similar to dioxins in foods and foodstuff.
This text closely sets the technical issues and requirements for sample preparation and analysis (in strict relation with the maximum permitted quantities for certain contaminants in food).
