Abstract
This Regulation defines the methods of sampling and analysis (including the official scopes and various additional practices regarding the conservation of the samples, their transport and data collection rules) for the official control on the levels of nitrates in foodstuffs on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
