Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the minimum conditions (also in terms of requirements for obtaining the necessary permits, licenses) to be met by companies or other legal persons engaged in performance of works in forestry,
The forest related works are divided as follows: general forestry works (such as preparation of land for natural rejuvenation, seeding of seeds and planting of seedlings, cultivation of crops); forest protection works; forest exploitation works (harvesting and production of forest wood assortments,); maintenance and construction of forest infrastructure.
The Annex is also an integral part of this publication.
