Regulation on the minimum content of the operational plan on maintenance, use and monitoring of water bodies.

This Regulation determines minimum contents of the operational plan on the maintenance, use, monitoring and handling in the event of a failure or accidents on water bodies. Such operational plan is adopted for the following water bodies: a) protective water structures: embankments, drainage tunnels, dams with reservoirs, retentions, constitutions, pumping stations, perimeter and drainage channels and other associated facilities, if the protective water body has equipment and devices which may cause a change in water regime; b) water facilities for irrigation of agricultural area over 100 ha: dams with reservoirs, water intake structures, pumping stations, supply canals and/or pipelines, constitutions and other associated facilities and equipment in that sector; c) water facilities for the use of water power (hydroelectric power plants): dams with associated facilities and equipment and reservoirs, water intakes, supply facilities (tunnels, pipelines and canals), engineers, drainage facilities and other related facilities and equipment; d) ponds with an area of over 1,000 m2, if they have equipment and devices that can cause change to the actual water regime.
