Regulation on minimum technical conditions for carrying out tobacco processing activities.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions and related standards that a tobacco processor or an organizer of tobacco production and purchase must meet in order to organize the production, purchase and processing of raw tobacco, as well as the keeping of records and reports by the organizer of tobacco production and purchase or tobacco processor. Tobacco processing means the preparation (grading, packaging, marking) and industrial fermentation and maturation of tobacco, as well as other operations in the technological process of tobacco processing and packaging. Tobacco purchase means the receipt of raw tobacco leaf from a tobacco producer and the assessment of the quality of that tobacco.
