Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all basic requirements which, in terms of food safety and quality, must be met by natural mineral and natural spring waters on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the conditions for use and recognition of natural mineral and natural spring waters, marketing, labelling and other important issues.
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to: water that is a medicinal product; natural mineral water and natural spring water that is used in natural health resorts at the source for healing purposes, and which are not packed in bottles for consumption; and waters which are not intended for human consumption, and which have no direct impact on the health of human consumers.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
