Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content of the annual report on compliance with the requirements of the permit for waste management (or environmental permits).
This Regulation also defines that waste producers and operators dealing with plants/facilities for waste treatment have to submit their official reports until the 31 of March of the following year (for the previous year).
