Abstract
This Regulation provides specific rules for the organization of official controls on products of animal origin that are intended for human consumption.
The Regulation also defines the competent authorities and their responsibilities, HACCP provisions to be observed, and rules regarding the import of such products.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
