Abstract
This Regulation provides the rules and manner for the marking/labelling of food originality and origin, including the labeling of food in accordance with its effective geographical origin.
This text further defines the necessary contents of the manufacturer's specifications; registration issues; procedural matters regarding the right to use of certain origin marks and labels; certification procedures and competent bodies; and related official controls.
