Abstract
This Regulation here prescribes specific food safety related provisions aimed for pasta and dough products (and other similar products, when intended for final human consumption).
This text sets the necessary production, processing and minimum quality issues (also chemical composition and other substances that can be present); description and classification of products here considered as pasta or dough products; declaration issues, labelling and packaging rules; trade rules; and product analysis and examination provisions.
