Regulation on the performance of professional control over the production of planting material.

This Regulation prescribes the method and procedure for selecting and rooting trees, shrubs and plantations of mother trees of vines, hops and ornamental plants, i.e. the control of the process of production of planting material, the form of the minutes on the selection of trees, shrubs and plantations of fruit trees, vines, hops and ornamental plants, the content and method of establishing and maintaining a book of mother trees, shrubs and plantations of fruit trees, vines, hops and ornamental plants, the form of the certificate of purity of the variety of planting material and the content of the application for carrying out control of the production of planting material.
