Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the phytosanitary requirements to be met by wood packaging material used in international traffic; further defines the methods of treating and marking of wood packaging material; conditions to be met by legal and physical persons applying procedures of treatment and labelling of wood packaging material and the process of their registration; professional, spatial and technical conditions to be met by legal entities for the performance of official check and confirmation of fulfillment of conditions for the treatment and/or marking of wood packaging material; inspection mansions.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
