Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary methods, manner, procedures and requirements for the control, assessment and authorization of official laboratories for the examination, control and monitoring of organisms and products that are considered as genetically modified and/or containing or deriving from the same.
This text sets the procedures for obtaining the necessary authorization to perform such control and examination tasks on the federal territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, also in accordance with reference standards (article 5).
