Regulation on the procedure for issuing certificates for imported organic products.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on organic production (Republic of Srpska), determines the documentation that shall be submitted to the authorized control organization for the purpose of issuing a certificate that the imported certified product was produced in accordance with the Law on organic production and regulations adopted on the basis thereof. This text aims at setting rules regarding the specific procedure and manner of issuing these certificates for organic imported products. For the purposes of this Regulation, the terms import indicates the release for free circulation of food or feed or the intention to release food or feed for free circulation. Organic products can be imported if they have proper certificates issued by control organizations, or control bodies on the official list of control bodies of the European Union, or control bodies of third countries.
