Regulation on procedures and methods of organoleptic evaluation of wine.

This Regulation determines the necessary procedure for analysis and organoleptic evaluation of wine, and further defines the manner of work of the Commission for Organoleptic Evaluation of wine, as in accordance with the Federal Law in wine.
Wine analysis is performed by the Institute or another legal entity authorized by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry; official organoleptic evaluations of wine shall be performed by the Organoleptic grading Commission. The Office and/or other authorized legal entity shall keep records on the application of procedures of organoleptic assessment, including the results of such analysis and shall send reports to the indicated Federal Ministry.
