Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner, conditions and necessary procedure for the sale and exchange of forests and forest land (state owned to and/or from private forest and/or forest land owners), including the time limits, and standards and rules governing the right of priority purchase.
The main objective of this Regulation is to define the sale and exchange of forests and forest lands, for more efficient management of the same on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
