Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on reproductive material of forest trees (Republika Srpska), prescribes the fulfillment of conditions and the procedure for determining the fulfillment of conditions for dealing with production and finishing of reproductive material of forest trees. This text also determines the manner and procedure of production control, application form for production control, form of control records during production process, and a form of certificate of origin for obtained reproductive material. Only producers that are registered in the register of plant nurseries can be engaged in the production of such forest tree reproductive materials.
