Abstract
This Regulation provides for food safety provisions for products similar to chocolate, cream products and candy products.
This text sets the basic classification of such products, general quality and production/processing requirements (also physical-chemical properties, microbiological issues), registration rules and manufacturer's related obligations, composition and quantity of raw materials and other materials used in production and processing, labelling, possible use of additives, transport and storage and inspection matters.
The Annex is also part of this publication (classification and description of products similar to chocolate, cream products and candy products).
