Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions in terms of professional, spatial and technical capacity that must be met by the Confirmation Authority for the process of official confirmation. Certification Authority is the body responsible for all issues related to the production, issuance of declarations/certificates, testing and placing on the market of seeds and planting material of agricultural plants of Bosnia and Herzegovina; the certifying authority must meet all general conditions that are laid down in article 3.
