Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the contents of the programme for taking the fishing exam (freshwater fisheries). This text further defines the manner for taking such exam, the form and manner of issuing the certificate of passed fishing exam, including issues on keeping of registers of issued certificates.
The programme for taking the fishing exam includes the following topics: 1. legal regulations in sport-recreational fishing; 2. fish stock management in sport-recreational fishing; 3. freshwater fish of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina; 4. protection of fish, fish habitats and restocking; 5. impact of non-native fish species; 6. rules of sport-recreational fishing (fishing waters, rights, obligations and powers of fish keepers, fishing tackle and tools, prohibitions and hunting, penalties in sport-recreational fishing, fishing societies, rights and obligations of members and code).
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative forms).
