Abstract
This Regulation determines all projects for which an environmental impact assessment is required, projects for which the obligation to conduct an impact assessment is decided by the ministry responsible for environmental protection, and the criteria on the basis of which the Ministry in individual cases decides on the obligation to conduct an impact assessment and the scope of the impact assessment. Projects for which impact assessments are always conducted are fully listed in article 2 (including several types of heavy industrial purposes and production, among nuclear plants and energy production sites).
