Abstract
This Regulation sets the wholesale market purchase standards as regards the trade with soy or soybean, sunflower and oilseed rape (if considered as raw materials used for edible oil production).
This test closely defines the necessary physicochemical properties and minimum quality standards to be respected during the purchase phase, purchase authorization and procedural matters, terms and methods for purchase, including the legal references for relative inspection tasks.
