Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary quality and other requirements to be respected by all producers engaged in the production of mustard (typical food condiment/foodstuff).
The conditions here prescribed are in relation to the: composition and type of raw substances that can be used, production and market rules, declaration of such product, its packaging and labelling (also special labelling issues when containing the diluted acetic acid, see article 5), permissible use of additives, and ban on the use of synthetic essential oils.
