Regulation on quality standards, packaging, sealing and declaration of planting material.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on planting material (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the manner of packaging, sealing and declaring for agricultural planting materials used in fruit growing, viticulture, hop growing and production of ornamental plants. These rules are aimed for maintaining the necessary quality standards of such agricultural plants-planting materials. Quality norms of agricultural planting materials are in laid down in Annex 1, which is part of this publication (among declaration sheets and registration forms-Annex 2). For packaging of planting materials, most suitable materials for protection of from drying, freezing and other damage during transport and handling shall be chosen.
