Abstract
This Regulation sets the official highest quantity of flour that can be used for bread and other similar bakery food products if produced on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This text further determines the manner for related data keeping and continuous reporting on the quantities of flour consumed in regard to the effective mass of declared bread and/or bakery products (for both private and legal entities engaged in such food production activity).
