Abstract
This Regulation defines the establishment, content and manner of maintaining the Register of polluters and environmental pollution, defines the type of data, the method of collection and deadlines for submitting data on releases (emissions), transfers and disposal of polluting substances into the environment and waste, data on the polluter (operator), plants and installations within the polluter (operator) that are the source of environmental pollution, quality control of submitted data and their publication, public access to information from the Register, and strengthening the capacity for submitting such data. Annexes are providing the full set of designated forms and technical sheets/lists.
