Abstract
This Regulation defines the rules and requirements for: the establishment and maintenance of the national register of plants (facilities) and polluters/pollutants, also part of international agreements on data exchange, including those arising from the Kiev Protocol and the Aarhus Convention on Access to Information; public participation standards; decision-making and access to justice in the field of environmental issues.
The register further contains specific data related to various aspect of the environmental importance to be monitored on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
