Regulation the registration quality breeding animals and keeping registers records.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions to be met by breeders/farmers when applying for the official classification/reclassification of domestic animals as high-quality breeding animals and their enrollment in the system book (herd book or national breeding register), also providing the method of keeping the registry records (birth certificates, breeding registers and supporting vital records) and the division of the registers starting from the breeder/farmer or animal holder.
