Abstract
This Regulation sets the food safety related provisions as regards the possible release of N-nitrosamine and N-nitrosamine precursor substances from elastomer or rubber parts of bottles, including plastic bottles for infant food.
This text further defines the limits of tolerance, official inspection methods and rules, and provides for technical issues and methods for the performance of specific analysis.
