Abstract
This Regulation determines the official food safety control methods related to the sampling and analysis over the effective quantity or presence of mycotoxins in food and foodstuff.
This text closely establishes the rules necessary for the performance of those controls in relation with maximum allowed quantity for certain contaminants in food, see Annexes for complete references.
