Abstract
This Regulation determines the implementation and permanent maintenance of forest order in all forests on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Forest order means the implementation of measures in order to offer prevention against forest fires; harmful insects and plant diseases; prevention of harmful effects of wind, snow and other natural disasters; damage to trees during felling/timber and export of forest wood assortments; as well as measures aimed to protect the forest offspring and soil in general. This text sets out (in articles 2-10) specific measures for all of above mentioned forest management and protection tasks and issues.
