Regulation on the size of individual packages of seeds, labels for marking of seeds and application form for repackaging of seeds.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and rules aimed to correctly define the size of individual packages of seeds, depending on the type of agricultural plants, further providing the application form for issuing labels necessary for the mandatory labelling of seeds, also defining the content and form of labels, the conditions to be meet by authorized institution that perform the issuance of etiquettes and labels, the way of keeping records as well as the application form for the seed repackage.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
