Abstract
This Regulation prescribes special conditions that must be met by legal entities that perform laboratory tests and clinical trials of animal medicinal products (here aimed for animal drugs).
This text further defines methods of control and storage of animal medicinal products (drugs) used in veterinary medicine field. Legal entities that perform laboratory tests on animal drugs for the purpose of placing them on the market, and those performing special and emergency control over such products, must be trained in accordance with the European and national pharmacopoeia and under good laboratory practice (GLP) rules.
