Abstract
This Regulation provides for food safety and food quality related provisions as regards the spices, spice extracts and spice mixtures.
This text closely sets the names and definitions for such food products, methods for their classification and their minimum quality requirements, including the keeping of minimum quality; conditions for marketing; necessary declaration and metrological and labelling requirements; analytical methods and official controls.
The Annex is part of this publication (list of analytical methods, including the reference list of all standards to be observed).
