Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner for the use of active aluminum oxide in the technological process of the removal or treatment of fluoride chemical substance if present in both natural mineral and natural spring waters.
The rules here prescribed are in full accordance with what is defined as best manufacturer practice, also aimed at reducing the effective and potential risk form the release of such residues into the environment, with a particular regard to the human health.
The Annex is part of this publication (technological requirements for the use of active aluminum oxide).
