Abstract
This Regulation determines the criteria and rules regarding the quality of wine and wine products, closely related to the characteristic, the composition, the enological procedures and practices that have to be observed by all wine and other grape products, in both production and trade phases.
This Regulation further sets the provisions as regards the: classification of vineyard zones derived from the Winkler classification method; several data delivery and monitoring provisions; duties of the inspectors; evaluation process and wine quality test; labelling and packaging issues; and several other rules all related to the quality and safety of the wine/wine deriving products on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Annex is an integral part of this publication (containing several technical lists and information).
