Abstract
The Rulebook hereby determines the necessary measures for the prevention of the introduction and against the spread of harmful organism called Chinese longhorn beetles or Anoplophora chinensis (Forster), including the specific phytosanitary requirements that must be met (introduction and/or movement of certain plants), and further implements the special monitoring and reporting issues (to the competent European institutions).
