Abstract
This Special control Programme, based on the provisions of the Law on plant health protection (Republic of Srpska), determines the necessary measures, deadlines, manner of implementation of measures, entities implementing them, sources and manner provision and use of funds, area of operation, as well as the manner of control over the implementation of special measures aimed to control the presence of Pseudomonas syringae pv. Actinidiae Takikawa et al. - the causative agent of bacterial cancer Actinidia spp.) on the territory of Republika Srpska in 2021. The aim of this Programme is to determine the presence, that is, the absence of the quarantine pest Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae - bacterial cancer Actinidia spp. on agricultural holdings, in production plantations and in backyards. The only host of this pathogen is kiwi (Actinidia spp.).
