Special surveillance program for the presence of American plum line pattern virus, APLPV in the Republika Srpska in 2024.

This program establishes measures, deadlines, the method of implementing measures, entities implementing them, sources and the method of providing and using funds, as well as the method of controlling the implementation of special surveillance measures over the presence of the quarantine virus American plum line pattern virus, APLPV on the territory of the Republika Srpska in 2024. The objective of this program is to determine the presence, or absence, of the quarantine pest at the places of production of planting material, in production plantations of host plants, and at the points of entry of consignments of planting material that is imported. The special surveillance program for the harmful organism American plum line pattern virus, APLPV, will be implemented on the main host of this virus, plum (Prunus domestica L.), as well as other organisms where its infection has been recorded, such as peach (Prunus persica L.) and Japanese cherry (Prunus serrulata L.).
