Abstract
This program establishes measures, deadlines, the method of implementing measures, entities implementing them, sources and the method of providing and using funds, as well as the method of controlling the implementation of special surveillance measures over the presence of the harmful organism Candidatus Phytoplasma solani (Stolbur phytoplasma), (Quaglino et al., 2013) and Erwinia chrysanthemi (Dickeya spp.) on the territory of the Republic of Srpska in 2024. The aim of this program is to determine the presence, or rather the absence, of the harmful organism Candidatus Phytoplasma solani (Stolbur phytoplasma), (Quaglino et al., 2013) and Erwinia chrysanthemi (Dickeya spp.), (Burkholder, McFadden & Dimock, Brenner) in the Republic of Srpska. Special surveillance for the detection of harmful organisms shall be carried out at the border and throughout the territory of the Republika Srpska.
