Special surveillance program for the presence of Pantonea stewartii subsp. stewartii in the Republika Srpska in 2024.

This program establishes measures, deadlines, the method of implementing measures, entities implementing them, sources and the method of providing and using funds, as well as the method of controlling the implementation of special surveillance measures over the presence of Pantoea stewartii subsp. stewartii - the causative agent of bacterial wilt of corn on the territory of the Republic of Srpska in 2024. The objective of the Program is to determine the presence, or rather the absence, of the quarantine harmful organism Pantoea stewartii subsp. stewartii among corn producers and at border crossings. Special surveillance for the detection of the quarantine harmful organism Pantoea stewartii subsp. stewartii is carried out throughout the territory of the Republic of Srpska where there is intensive production of the host plant and at the points of entry of host plant consignments into the Republic of Srpska, which are subject to phytosanitary inspection upon import.
