Special surveillance program for the presence of the quarantine pest Xylophilus ampelinus (Panagopoulos) Willems et al. – the causative agent of bacterial wilt of grapevine on the territory of the Republic of Srpska in 2024.

This program establishes the measures, deadlines, method of implementation of measures, entities implementing them, sources and method of provision and use of funds, area of operation, as well as the method of control of the implementation of special surveillance measures over the presence of Xylophilus ampelinus (Panagopoulos) Willems et al. - the causative agent of bacterial leaf spot of grapevine on the territory of the Republic of Srpska in 2024. The objective of this program is to determine the presence, or rather the absence of the quarantine harmful organism Xylophilus ampelinus - the causative agent of grapevine leaf spot on agricultural holdings, in production plantations, in homesteads and at the points of entry of consignments of plant species that are hosts of the pathogen into the Republic of Srpska, which are subject to phytosanitary inspection upon import. The only host of this pathogen is grapevine (Vitisvinifera L.).
