Abstract
This Act makes amendments in the principal Act in: section 12 regarding the procurement to be conducted with certain objectives, such as promoting sustainable development and socio-economic policies of the Government; section 85 regarding the establishment of the the Suppliers Register; section 86 regarding the obligation of registration for suppliers to enter into a procurement contract; and Section 87 regarding the changes in the information submitted to the Chief Procurement Officer for the purposes of registration.
