Abstract
This Notification is published by the Government of Bangladesh in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 and section 5 of the Territorial Waters and Maritime Zones Act, 1974 (Act No. XXVI of 1974) to declare the Baseline, Territorial sea and Exclusive Economic Zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
