Ministerial Decision establishing the samples and analyzes carried out in the context of the Manure Decree, for which a notification must be made via the internet counter made available by the Manure Bank and determining the further rules for the notification and the internet counter.

This Order, in implementation of the Flemish Government of 14 January 2011 regarding the recognition of laboratories under the Manure Decree, requires results of samples and analyis carried out in accordance with articles 13, 5, 12 and 13, 14, 2, first paragraph, second paragraph and fourth paragraph, 3 and 4, and Article 42 of the Manure Decree to be communicated through the internet counter, which is established by the Manure Bank.
