Abstract
This Decree of the Government of Flanders lays down provisions relating to systems for the capturing of rainwater and regarding the separation of rainwater and waste water; provisions regarding the reuse of unpolluted rainwater; and minimum standards to be observed for the infiltration, buffering and discharge of unpolluted rainwater from paved and covered structures. It shall apply to new constructions and restructuring of existing constructions as a specified. The Decree also concerns standards for the separate discharge of clean (rain)water and effluent.
