Abstract
This text contains various amendments made to the Act on the Safe Use of Nuclear Energy (entered into force on 28 June 2002).
This Act covers the activities associated with the State regulation on the safe use of nuclear energy and ionising radiation and on the safety of radioactive waste management and spent fuel management. It further defines the rights and Issues regarding the related licensees in order to ensure concrete nuclear safety, radiation protection and physical protection on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
