Abstract
This Act regulates the procedure for application of the market measures, included in the Common Organisations of Markets (COM) regarding the agricultural products of the European Union; the state aid measures that are part of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union; the functions of the authorities and organisations that are competent to implement the measures here approved.
