Abstract
This Decree regulates the following issues: conditions for the recognition of producer organizations and temporary recognition of producer groups in fruit and vegetable production sector; contents and order for implementation of the plan for the fulfillment of the requirements for recognition by temporarily recognized producer groups; conditions for non-producer membership of recognized producer organizations; terms and procedure for recognition of associations of producer organizations of fresh fruit and vegetables; conditions and the procedure for approving and amending the approved operational programme; activities and costs that may be included in the operational programmes of recognized producer organizations.
