Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree on the control and management of substances that deplete the ozone layer by adding or substituting provisions of various articles of the Decree.
The amended provisions refer to: the use of stationary fire fighting installations; the import, export, production, use or trade of various substances that may deplete the ozone layer; permits for exporting, importing, etc. ozone depleting substances; the list of ozone depleting substances and their custom codes; etc.
The Decree further amends Regulation on the control and management of substances that deplete the ozone layer by inserting a new Chapter two on emission control and by making minor changes to other articles of the Regulation.
